안녕하세요 고객님

죄송합니다, 현재 후기글이 시스템 문제때문에 이제서야 확인하게 되었습니다.

먼저 불편을 드려 죄송하며 사진상으로 보아 재봉에 문제가 있었던것 같습니다.

먼저 상품회수를 위해 반품 택배 예약을 했으며 기사님이 내일쯤 방품하실때 불량 상품을 배송시 2차 오염이 없도록 간단히 포장해주시고 기사님께 전달 부탁드립니다.

월요일 업무 시작과 함께 새로운 상품으로 재발송하도록 하겠습니다.

다시 한번 죄송한 말씀드리며 신속하게 처리되도록 하겠습니다.

산지 일주정도 됐나... 그냥 두번 입고 벗었을뿐인데 티셔츠사면서 목부분 이렇게 되는거 첨봅니다 에효.. 벗고나서 깜짝놀랐네요 .. 이거 어떻게 처리해요??
